We've just received some January cheer: Feefo have awarded us their highest customer service award for the second consecutive year!
We are officially GOLD Winners for 2021 😊
Mary and I are particularly thrilled about this one because - honestly - trying to keep our customer service at the levels we've wanted during the challenges of the past year has been a huge daily stress.
And since the pandemic hit we know ourselves that we haven't always managed it. Dispatch times, email responses, and delivery slots have all had periods well below where we want them to be - and that's sometimes had an impact on you as our customers.
So we just want to say a massive THANK YOU for your patience during the tricky periods, THANK YOU for your understanding when things have gone wrong, and THANK YOU for continuing to rate us 4 and 5 stars when things went well!
It also means a huge amount to our warehouse team who have worked their socks off - with all the necessary restrictions and safety measures - to get your film out fast and secure across 2020.
We're anticipating that 2021 will continue to present regular logistical challenges, so we do have some plans to help manage those peaks and troughs. This will (hopefully!) include new premises and therefore the space to safely add to our warehouse team, as well as some other tweaks to our internal systems.
For all you wonderful customers this simply means that our average dispatch time and delivery time will start to drop versus last year, and your films will get into your hands even faster 😊
Thanks once more for all your support. The film community is the most wonderful place to spend time and energy.
