Love it!

The results of this film, simply blew me away! I love the way photos turned out. Luminous and sharp look. Contrasting look with deep shadows. Plus, cute Halloweeny packaging. Will buy it again.

Amazing!!!

I love how contrast-y and lush it looks. So deeply black. Even during the night, some shots look like straight out of film-noir setting. Worth the price!!!

super sharp!

I don't shoot black and white as much as I should, but the shots I got out of this film are some of my favourites. Very minimal grain and beautiful contrast.

not bad at all

first of all, great packaging. the film has a fine grain, would have liked a higher contrast straight off the bat but its dynamic range is still very impressive.

Great film!

I bought this film mostly because it has a cool packaging, but I was not disappointed at the film itself. I used it with a point and shoot camera with a set shutter speed of 1/100 and an F stop of 9, and fixed focus of 1-4 meters, in midday lighting. I developed it for about 8.5 minutes in 20°. The pictures came out well, with good contrast and as good depth in shadows as I expect midday light to give. If the shots are overexposed, it is more matter of the F stop only being 9 than it is of the film not having a good latitude. I also purchased the Dracula film and the werewolf film, which have lower ISO. This is my first time trying FFP film and I am quite content with how the pictures turned out. The grain seems to be fine, at least judging from the negatives. I think this would be a great film for street photography or just an all-around film, but it seems to me that close-up shots of nature or landscapes are a bit harder to do. It might help with a different camera, then.
