A very nice film indeed.

I love film stocks that have a lot of contrast and this is one of the nicest I have used. Now to be fair it works best with a decent amount of light but the results are definitely worth it. It has a lovely grain and is quite sharp .I liked it a lot.

Really cool, vivid shadows. Fun shooting experience. Would love to shoot in snow.

Beautiful German Film

This film is *allegedly Orwo UN54, and is a beautiful, fine-grained and contrasty 100 ISO film. Well worth trying when there's plenty of light, or for when you want plenty of detail and punch!

Contrast galore!

First time I had shot with this film and really didn't know what to expect. It has great contrast, perhaps too much for certain situation. I think it is best to shoot this film once the sun has come down a bit in the sky, otherwise the contrast can be overwhelming. The high contrast also makes correct metering rather critical as there's not much leeway. The grain is also more pronounced that I expected, but that's subjective matter.
All in all, a great film in the right situation.

Not one for bright skies

With the right lighting this film looks beautiful, but if the sky is bright the shadows come out looking muddy. I think this film would do really well in an urban environment, but it's not as well suited to rural landscapes. I'll be trying my next roll on an overcast day!
