Best B&W All-Rounder

I've been shooting this film for a few years now and it's the one I consistently return to. Every time I put in an order it'll be one or two things I've never shot before and then a few rolls of old reliable, and without fail, it's Kentmere 100 that has delivered the best results for the most affordable price.

I've attached a broad selection of shots to this review in the hope that it'll prove my point - from street photography, to landscapes, and internationally recognised monuments, for my money I couldn't recommend anything other than Kentmere 100.

Amazing film especially for beginners!

This was my first role of film in my Canon canonet 28 and the results were excellent!

I opted for this film because I wanted a cheap, affordable, and good quality film to take with me on my trip to Berlin.

Here are some of the results.

Better than FP4?

Not quite as forgiving as FP4, but it's not far off. For the price, Kentmere 100 is a no brainer. just shoot it and see, it's a great film with plenty of room and is very easily edited.
