CatLABS X FILM 320 is a classic, medium-speed 35mm film, designed for a wide array of shooting conditions and also available in 120 format.

Created by our friends over at CatLABS of JP, who said "This is our own formulation [of B&W film]. Though it is based on some historic data, the ultimate end result is quite far from it due to modern manufacturing and material requirements."

Key features of CatLABS X Film 320:

• It is an ideal “street film”, offering versatility and unique characteristics

• Following in the footsteps of some classic historic films, CatLABS X FILM 320 is characterised by its distinct grain quality, contrast and tonal range, not found with other currently available films

• It will produce unique deep grey tones with a silvery/metallic look

• Suitable for low light or available light conditions

• Exhibits a wide exposure latitude under various lighting conditions

• For best results rate it at 200 ISO when shooting outdoors under bright sunlight. Push it as high as 1600 when shooting under artificial/low light conditions

Incredible look

Very surprised by the results. Very dark blacks & greys that I thought were quite filmic. Looking forward to trying this film again.

one kitty down , one to go, well this one is ok , but i really didnt get the best from, wrong subjects wrong camera, but its a fine film full of detail and tone.

Black-and-white

In terms of colour, it is quite intense looking, black-and-white-and grey looking film. Pretty much shot my roll on 400 iso and it handled beautifully. Recommend it.

Great results

I shot this at ISO200 and used a yellow filter. The results are wonderful. I must buy more and shoot without the filter for comparison but I love this film. Bright whites and dark blacks.

Grey-ish

Quite striking and silver leaning, black-and-white photography. So far has worked wonderfully under different conditions. But it works the best, when the lighting is strong and bright.
