We are film photographers ourselves, and we understand how important it is to feel confident in the condition of your film. Especially when it is only after you've shot and developed your roll that you'll notice any problems! So don't take any risks with the film you load in your camera.
Our Fresh Film Guarantee
We promise that every film we sell to you:
- 📆 has at least 6 months left before its expiry date - unless specified as expired or short-dated in the description
- 🚚 has been sourced directly from the supplier, or from a reputable analogue specialist dealer
- ❄️ has been stored in appropriate conditions in our warehouse - either climate-controlled or refrigerated to match the manufacturer guidelines
- 📦 is transported in bespoke packaging that warns the courier to avoid extreme heat and x-rays*
If you believe that your order doesn't meet these standards then please get in touch with us as soon as possible after delivery, and we will work to resolve.
