dubblefilm DAILY Black & White is a fantastic iso 400 36 exposure film. Designed to be part of your daily routine - flexible, simple and giving great results.
Soft and clean black and white tones, you will absolutely love it!
Please note: the Daily range is not DX coded so electric cameras will rate it at 100 speed. However it has been tested thoroughly at ISO 100 and thanks to the latitude of the film the results are really good.

I received this film as part of a mystery box and admittedly, I was a bit disappointed, I'm not a B&W fan. That being said, I really like how my photos turned out, especially Hector the cat!

Surprisingly Nice
I got this in a mystery box from AW - not the sort of film I'd normally buy but pretty happy with the results.

Just for a change...
I've shot a few rolls of this film over the past couple of years, and until now I followed the suggestion that appeared on the inside of the box when the film first came out, and developed it in HC11O Dil' B for 8 mins at 20°C. This time though I thought I'd try it in Dil' E and developed it for 12 mins...it really looks good!!!

I was a bit underwhelmed by this film. Maybe it's just not my style or I didn't use it for the right subjects, but I struggled to get many shots I liked out of the roll. It's not very contrasty, or especially sharp, but worked pretty well for capturing action outdoors and OK indoors in low light. I shot it at 400, though it's rated down to 100 if you want to overexpose by a couple of stops, though I didn't try that. Doubt I'd buy this again, I preferred the Fomapan to this, (which is cheaper), as that's a bit more dramatic, though it had a tendency to underexpose compared to this. The grain is quite nice and it retains details well enough. It's OK, it worked well, it just didn't inspire me.

Double Bubblicious
Really loved the grain on this film - this would be my go-to film to be honest. It is very forgiving (even the ones that were errors of mine developed like some kinda artistry (apart from the really dud ones…that was entirely me!) Just has that something else in comparison to the big brands. Highly recommended!
