These little straps are a godsend to the vintage camera user. While it's amazing that some of the oldest cameras you can pick up will still take good photos there are a few bits and bobs that don't endure the decades so we'll and straps are high on that list.
These little webbing straps keep it simple with keyring connectors at either end. So they fit just about any camera or camera case.
I use them on my Petri 7S range finder, an Ilford Sporti 6 (on the case), my Olympus Pen and a 1956 FED-2.
Keep them coming. How about replacements for the old take up spools in Soviet 35mm cameras next? In a variety of attractive colours too.
I gave it to my son as it looked a bit weird on my all black rangefinder :)
I bought the strap in yellow for myself and red as a present. Seem pretty strong and durable and I love the bright colours. Not sure about the lack of padding for carrying the camera for long distances whilst walking, but so far it’s been really useful.
Very good quality and as pictured. The strap is long enough for wearing around the neck and looks very nice. I think this product will stand the test of time as the parts seem robust. Good value for money and would buy another one in a different colour just to switch up depending on outfits!
