great results even on the wrong settings!

unfortunately i shot this on the wrong settings after getting it mixed up with another roll but i still ended up with some great shots with experimental tones i wouldn't have had otherwise!

It glows!

Such a lovely film its looks really good, the halation effect looks lovely especially on the waves. May not be everyone's cup of tea in every situation but I really like it.

Perfect for springtime

Cinestill 400D film is ideal for spring photography, capturing vibrant, natural colours with a subtle, dreamy warmth. Its daylight-balanced 400 ISO and fine grain make it versatile for changing spring weather and lighting.

The halation isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I found it quite nice on a few of my photos that were taken in bright, harsh lighting and found that it added something different to the photos.

Fun with halations!

A nice film, i'm a big fan, wish it was cheaper but hey ho (if it was £10 cheaper a roll thats 5*). Takes a while to get used to it, and learn how to get the best, i'm optimistic about future rolls! Long live halation!

CineStill 400

Picked this film up at the Excel photography exhibition, gives great colours a clarity even at 400 ISO, I believe there is a 50 ISO version which I would like to use next.
