i have used this kit to develop various films - kodak colour plus, ultramax, disposable, even 40 year old expired film and the results still hold up. currently, it has been mixed for 7 weeks and it is still working (as long as you store it in an airtight container with no spare air at room temperature, it should be fine!). definitely recommend, however always take proper safety precautions (gloves, windows open if you can and definitely a ventilator if you can’t open the windows and can afford one).
I’ve only used this developer on standard c41 film. Great for post processing as your negatives will be very flat and low contrast. I quite like the look but if you want you can crank up the contrast.
I’ve used this on Cinestill colour film and had amazing results. I’ve also used it on some C41 films, and had great results. The negatives are less contrasty than with C41, which gives you a lot of flexibility in scanning.
Bought this developing kit as I was tired of spending so much money of colour developing.
The kit is easy to use with full instructions provided. All the packets are easy to mix and I was able to get 24 rolls of film development.
