I need to remember to us a tripod, handheld with my Ikonta 520/2 no longer works for me

This film takes lovely looking photos in my 1920s brownie camera. I am quite the beginner to film photography and I find it easy to use and takes good photos when outside in bright sunshine

A cheap film with amazing results!

Good exposure latitude, really good mid tones, develops well in caffenol. What's not to like?

This film is great, either shot at box speed or pushed..it will always give you some great images.

As I say, this is an affordable film, but one that's capable of giving great results too!

I love using vintage cameras and always like to have a roll or two of Fomapan 100 in my stash for testing purposes. It's a solid performer even in challenging conditions.

Solid, classic looking black and white film. One of my favourites. Don't be fooled by the price it's very versatile and provides quality results in all sorts of developers. My only frustration with it is the circular hole in the backing paper that often affects the last couple of frames if you use a camera with a red film counter window - e.g. pinhole, Holga, folding cameras. Two examples here - action shot of my son with gorgeous tonality, sharpness and grain... and then the annoying circle burned into the neg from the hole on the backing paper taken with my pinhole camera.

Don’t expect magic. It’s just a good, reliable stock.

I really like the old world look of these unedited photos. The film renders an authentic look and atmosphere with old cameras.

This is my summer goto for pinhole, its reciprocity failure is large, giving long exposures even in bright sun. At f168 today in bright sin, I was still getting exposure of 30 seconds

I ran this through a small 1928-34 Zeiss IKON Box Tenger camera I found in a second hand shop last month. I was really pleased with the results, despite some blur due to my unsteadiness. The contrast is exactly what I like, and if it wasn't for the increased cost per shot over 35mm, I'd probably use it more often. It's likely I'll pick up a bit more for various occasions when I feel I can be steadier so getting better value per roll.

really good black and white film - perfect for landscape photography

Bought this roll as a test for my new TLR, and was just blown away by how beautiful the photos came out! For such good price too.
