Really fine grain. Gave me some lovely results.

I got some shortdated stuff to experiment with, since I'd just got a new camera. Great for still shots. Portraits particularly, really enjoyed shooting it.

Flexible & Contrasty

My first B&W film in years and I'm really pleased with the results. Great contrast without losing too much detail. Nice and crunchy grain in parts whilst retaining great sharpness where needed.

Delta 100 120 in D23

I have far too many film cameras, but I have decided to try and take all of them out for a photo walk this summer at least once! Not at the same time of course. On this occasion I choose my Zeiss Nettar 517/16. It makes 6X6 images. I loaded it up with a roll of Ilford Delta 100 as it was a sunny day and set off.
This camera has a small red window on the back door, so you follow the markings on the backing paper, for a guide as to where to stop winding on. I made a muck up of this the first time I used the camera, but this time did a much better job. Ilford Delta has decently dark printed marks so you can see this clearly if you need to.
I developed the film in D23 developer and got lovely results. Good contrast, low grain, details in the shadows but also details in the highlights. I would certainly recommend this combination. Here are a few low resolution scans to give an idea. Cheers All! Andy
