Kodak 60 results

This lomochrome metropolis was a test run in my Kodak 60 following a battery refurb of the Kodak K 4.5v affair. The Lab turnaround was incredibly quick for the usual summer crush increase in demand. Pleasantly surprised with the focus system which is a rangefinder working very well for close up and infinity. Now my choice for 110.

Great Development As Always

I bought a daft little 110 camera in its original box, with the original film. It was dirt cheap and it was just a fun experiment as the film had expired about 30 years ago, so I wasn't expecting much, if anything.

Do the pictures look great? No. Do a lot of them look like they were taken during a power cut and have ghostly apparitions of the film or inside of the camera? Yes. But I like them, and now I know the camera works, which is the main thing.

Development was quicker than expected, especially during the busiest time AW have had for a while.

Rather disappointed with scans of this film, the grain is acceptable but poor contrast and detail let it down. Majority of frames also have a line of overexposure down r/hand side which could be camera fault. B&W in110 format doesn't really seem to work for me.

Amazing service!

Sent off some 110 film with an expiry date of 1997 and had little hope it would have captured anything, but the scans appeared after just a few days and they came out beautifully! Thanks so much guys 🌞
