Unleash your dark side with FPP's Jekyll/Hyde 35mm Film - just in time for Halloween! Featuring fine grain and medium contrast, this slow ISO 100 film delivers rich, creamy tones and deep chrome contrasts, perfect for Halloween or monochrome photography. With 24 exposures per roll, it’s great for spooky scenes and everyday portraits.
Here's what FPP's Mark O'Brien has to say about the film: "The Jekyll/Hyde emulsion film originates from Russia-Era Ukraine, and is described as a BW motion picture film. The Russian site says that the factory dates from 1933, so Tasma has a long history. The film is on a PET base, not acetate, and consequently is extremely tough and will not tear like an acetate-based film. It's also thinner than typical 35mm films, much like the Svema stocks that I have used, but seems not as flimsy as the Svema."
Please note: Handle with care, as the film is prone to light piping. Load in dim light to avoid exposure issues.

About FPP
FPP is short-hand for the Film Photography Project: a US-based collection of projects headed up by the charismatic Mike Raso. They are most famous within the global film community for their podcast (entering it's 10th year in existence) as well as the associated School Camera Donation Program whereby donations are sought and sorted to bring analogue photography back into high schools and colleges all over the country. Not only that but Mike also runs the FPP store which sells a multitude of analogue film products all over the US and hand-rolls a fantastic selection of unique films. We are honoured to bring some of those films to the European market and hope you enjoy shooting them as much as Mike has making them!
