Very good

Always very good result. I've used Ektar with my Canon AE-1

Perfect colours, but a bit overpriced

Vivid colours, no grain, pictures true to the reality, what more do you want? Only for it to be cheaper :)

Nice colours but seriously overpriced

Firstly, the colours you get from Ektar are beautiful. They're bright and full without looking fake or over-edited.
Given everything I'd heard about the film though, I was expecting razor sharpness, and I really don't feel I got that from any of my pictures despite using a sharp prime lens stopped down (mostly) to f8.
Beware that Ektar can also add a strong red tint to pale skin tones which needs to be edited out digitally.

Great for Sunny Days!

Really happy with this film — it works beautifully in bright sunlight. The colors come out rich and vibrant. Definitely a favorite for clear, sunny weather!
