“Perfect for bright days but I was also surprised by how versatile it is in shade & lower light. Colours are warm and vibrant, but without feeling over-saurated and are true to life. The low grain is particularly pleasing for crisp shadow detail, adding to the clarity of the highlights.”
> Kodak Portra 400 35mm Film - Kodak Portra 400 is one of the world’s most popular colour negative film and is perfect for both studio and location shoots. It is loved by experienced film shooters for its accurate skin tones, sharp focus, fine grain structure and superior flexibility in exposure.
With a wide range of exposures from bright light to low-light situations, you can create photos that are precisely how you want them. Portra 400 is an iconic 35mm film that captures the honesty of life's moments with beautiful results every time!
“Love this film for portraits but really the colours are so nice you can use it for anything. It’s really forgiving with such a wide latitude so you normally still get a useable image even if you don’t nail the exposure”.
> Kodak Portra 800 35mm Film - Kodak Portra 800 is a professional-grade colour negative film that is perfect for low light conditions. It has a high ISO of 800, which means it can capture images in dimly lit environments without the need for a flash. The film produces natural skin tones, vibrant colours, and fine grain, making it a favourite among professional photographers.
