Great film - but way overpriced

First of all, this is a >fantastic< film…great for low-light photography.

However, you’re essentially paying a premium for nice packaging, which I didn’t realise at the time. It’s respooled Kodak Vision3 500T - just search around.

Very nice in daylight

Rather pleased with the results.
Shot this tungsten balanced film outside in bright sunshine. The overall washed out blue cast gives the pictures a very retro look.

Fantastic stock with great results

Normally I stick to C41 processed films or B&W, but I bought this on a whim of exploring some different stocks, and I was extremely impressed with the results. Shot this roll in quite a few different places with different subjects, mainly because I wanted to see the variety I could achieve with cinefilm. Thoroughly impressed with the photos I got, and Analogue Wonderland processed this film faster than I expected which is even better!

Pretty grainy, but colourful and reliable

I found 500T somewhat forgiving, but it was really quite grainy and waiting on ECN2 development can be tiresome - it holds me back from regular use. I don’t think I’ll be shooting it again in a hurry, but if I did I’d feel confident in the results.

Good

I shot it at 250, as Analogue Wonderland recommends. Results are pretty good, all around. Nice colours, adaptable, versatile.
