Hiring: Head of Ecommerce and CRM Marketing Manager

By Paul McKay

We are looking for two new people to join the Analogue Wonderland team and help us reach the next level of business growth!

1. Head of Ecommerce.

Do you know how to build landing pages that convert? Set up products and bundles that captivate customers? Measure and optimise customer site journeys like a pro?

Good, because we are looking for someone who knows how to take our Shopify store to the next level! Previously this has sat between roles with no real owner, so you’ll be coming in fresh - ideally with a boatload of ideas on what we can improve.

Full details on the role, responsibilities, salary range, and hours are available on the Indeed page - see info and apply here

2. CRM Manager.

Do you know your CLTV from your CVR? Understand the value of a good repeat rate? Enjoy talking about loyalty programs?! We are looking for someone who knows how to grow customer lifetime value like the back of their hand - could that person be you?!

Our preferred candidate will have experience in an e-commerce environment where the main focus is on engaging customers, building community, and finding genuine reasons to keep folks coming back time and time again!

Full details on the role, responsibilities, salary range, and hours are available on the Indeed page - see info and apply here

If you are perfectly comfortable in your own career but know someone who fits either of the profiles above, then please do send them this page! We'd love to hear from them.

Thanks - Paul and the AW team

  • Good afternoon,

I saw the role online for Head of Marketing and was going to apply but I don’t feel I’m quite there yet. I have over 5 years of Digital Marketing experience at Bucks University and have developed an array of skills that will be beneficial to Analogue Wonderland but don’t feel I am at “head level”.

I wanted to get in touch to see if there were any other suitable Marketing, Digital or Admin vacancies for me to “get my foot in the door”? I am very passionate about film and the creative arts too so feel my passion for the company will also prove beneficial too.

I hope to hear from you shortly.

    Kind regards,
    Brett Coburn
