Beautifully Vibrant

I've used one roll of Lomo 800 in 35mm previously, but nothing beats the look of it and how beautifully vivid and vibrant it is in 120.
I thoroughly enjoyed using it on this particular floral shoot and I am already planning what I can capture next with this film stock.

Nice colours

First time with this stock, started in late afternoon and finished the roll a couple of hours after sunset. Now, this is the first IS0 800 film I've ever used so can't really comment on how it compares with others, but it's a solid performer in its own right, with vibrant colours and good latitude. My only gripe is that the negative is too prone to curl up, making scanning more difficult and time consuming.

Not the gimmick I thought

I used to think this film may prove to be a bit gimmicky, over saturation, Martin Parr on steroids. How wrong I was. The feel this film gives and lovely grain is stunning. I will continue to use it, maybe not as a go to film, but for certain shoots for sure.
