I had seen these on the AW site and never gave them a second thought. Then we suddenly had a 4 day trip to Spain and the dreaded issue of film, travel, hand checks......
A clear plastic freezer bag would work , but I took a chance and ordered two 1 litre "Moment' bags and they were perfect. On the way out via Stanstead I had 4 120 rolls and 4 35mm rolls, therre was space for more but the trip was short and I was shooting half frame in the Pentax 17. The solid and professional nature of the bags sure helped as I handed it to the lady by the new CT scanners for hand checking. They could handle, swab and see the film very easily in these pouches.
Once home I loaded one with 10 newly arrived rolls of FP4 movie film and into the fridge she goes, much better than those plastic opaque boxes as I can see what film types are stored were.
These may seem a tad pricey but then if something is well made and fit for purpose I'm happy to pay it.

My reasoning for buying this product was for travel, specifically airport security. I haven’t used the product yet so perhaps my verdict is unjustified; however, I do not think the price and the quality align. Despite not being a hardcore traveller, I am sceptical whether it will stand the test of time. I bought it to support the film community/AW and as it had some style and design to it, however, given that I had to purchase an accompanying sticker informing not to X-ray, a cost-effective alternative would have been to buy a transparent pencil case and sticker instead.

These are the perfect film holders for your bag. I loved mine so much I bought one for 35mm and one for 120.
Very spacious bag, looks like it could hold quite a few rolls (the bag says up to 15, I never put more than 5 but there's a lot of space left). Very sturdy material, quality zipper. What's more important, it seems that airport security operators are happier to hand-inspect your rolls when they're in this bag than when they're in a closed, non-transparent case.
