The joy I got from developing my first rolls of film was such that all I can say to anyone on the fence, just do it!
As a beginner to the world of home developing (and film photography in general), this pack was a great way to get started. As the pouches contain small amounts, it's a great way to try it out, and see if you like it. The developer pouch will do 2 x 35mm rolls, as will the stop bath and fixer, but those latter two can be re-used several times, so keep them in an air tight container :p If you want to do more, pick up more developer and get to work :) I've done a couple of rolls using this pack, and the negatives look really clear and sharp. Unfortunately, my scanning capabilities aren't up to scratch, so the attached photo doesn't do it justice >_< It's made me excited to figure out how to get better scans so I can do something with my photos :)
I bought this kit after watching the Ilford Youtube video. It is an easy way to try out developing and I am delighted with my first ever home developed negatives.
