Brilliant film stock

I took three rolls of this to Kew, and I was not disappointed. Brilliant, bright film.

The gold you know and love

If you’ve had the pleasure of shooting gold on 35mm you’ll have the same experience but now increased image quality and the medium format look. It’s a classic for a reason and a bargain as the cheapest colour 120 film.

Great value with a good character

Back in the 1990s I didn't like Kodak Gold. I was after something more clinical. 30 years later I've had enough of clinical and something more organic looking and a little grainy is welcome. And now available in 120 at a great price! I'm really enjoying using this and developing in Cinestill CS41 powder kit.

n.b. I shoot this as 127. I slit it down to 46mm width, respool it and shoot it in my Baby Rolleiflex.

Unreal results

Gold 200 was the first roll I shot on 120, and was firstly impressed by the dynamic range and sharpness. The colours are so vibrant, and with it being ISO 200, it’s perfect for Spring/Summer to get some extra bokeh. It’s affordable and 100% a go to film stock for photographers at all skill levels.
