Perfect Little Camera Scanning Light Source

This little Camera Scanning Light Source has been a game-changer for me, digitising my negatives. Its compact design and sturdy build make it a breeze to use. The light box provides a consistent light source, which can be changed, ensuring high-quality scans every time. Plus, it effortlessly accommodates my Film Holder, making the scanning process seamless. Highly recommended for any photography enthusiast looking to preserve their analog memories digitally.

Really really good.

I bought this without the film holder to save a bit of money, so I just set my camera to a timer and hold the edges of the negative. It works great and is SO much brighter than I expected...Don't look straight at it.

Nice device

Great little panel for scanning and checking negatives - can even be used as a light source for photos in a pinch!

Great for Beginners!

If you're just starting out with your home scanning setup, then you can't go wrong with the specs and useability of the CS-Lite. The light options are easily marked, and it fits all the Valoi accessories too, so you can expand your setup in future.

Great for film digitisation

I've been using this with a pixl-latr which sits comfortably on top. The light is roughly the same size as the pixl-latr. It's very bright; much brighter than the LED panel I was using before (from Amazon), which means I can use a shutter speed of around 1/25-1/60 with negative film at ISO 100, f/8, so less chance of any camera shake or noise from a higher ISO. I also like the colour temperature switch with settings designed for colour negative, positive or B&W film. I've been digitising a lot of old slides so it's nice to have a warmer setting available for those.
