1. Introduction

Welcome to the terms and conditions covering all Analogue Wonderland Photowalks ("Event"). By registering for this Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Minors above the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian who needs to register for the Event on behalf of the minor.

3. Registration

Participants must register in advance to attend the Event. Registration normally takes place by purchasing a ticket from our website or from one of our employees. Registration will close once the maximum capacity is reached or at a date specified prior to the Event. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email - usually input during checkout.

4. Fees

The Event requires a participation fee, which must be paid in full at the time of registration. This fee covers the cost of organising the Event and may include film, developing, merchandise, a guide, entry into competitions, or other logistical support.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 7 days before the Event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the Event will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

Analogue Wonderland reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspects of the Event (including, but not limited to, the date, time, route, and amenities) if deemed necessary due to circumstances like adverse weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we may offer refunds or alternative arrangements at our discretion.

7. Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the Event. Harassment, vandalism, or other disruptive behavior towards the guide, other attendees, or members of the general public will result in immediate removal from the Event and may be subject to further legal action.

8. Photography and Image Rights

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the Event. Analogue Wonderland and its authorised partners reserve the right to use any photos or footage for promotional purposes without further compensation.

This does not cover photographs and images that you take on the walk, which remain your intellectual property and will not be used or appropriated without your direct consent.

Taking photos of other participants or the photo walk leader without their permission is prohibited.

9. Liability

Participants attend the Event at their own risk. Analogue Wonderland is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property sustained during the Event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance and the insurance of your equipment during a photo walk. Any injury or accident must be claimed against the participant’s insurance.

10. Personal Data

Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organising the Event and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may have the opportunity to sign up to our mailing list for marketing communications during the registration process, but this is entirely optional and at your discretion.

11. Agreement to Rules

By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any safety instructions or directions given during the Event by Analogue Wonderland staff or its representatives.
