This fixer is unbeatable for the price. Really easy to mix, use and store, and the results are great. I have been using this for years and have never seen any adverse effects, even on negatives that are a few years old now.
Quick to work with, especially in the darkroom where you want to pump out as many prints as possible in the shortest possible time.

Adofix P II is perfect for those beginning home development. It has almost no smell at all, it is easy to dissolve and mix, and stores for quite a while. These 1L powder packs are excellent for making smaller quantities too - can totally recommend!
This is a good value fixer. It’s easy to make up, after which you use it neat. The best way to store it is in a wine box. I dissolve the contents in 1 litre of warm water, then pour them into the beverage bag and add the other 4 litres.
Once stoppered, it’s easy enough to wiggle and shake the bag to mix the contents. Because it’s airtight, the fixer will last almost forever in the wine box. If like me you want to reuse it, then don’t push the stopper in all the way! I fix 8 x 120 films with 500ml, meaning the pack will do 80 films. But if you’re braver, I reckon you could squeeze out a few more!
Mix 100g for 500ml Dev, you can reuse but you get so much it’s not worth saving, just pour away when used and keep the bag in a airtight container. Produces excellent results when used with adox developing powder.
it's easy to dilute and figure out and if separated into two 500ml bottles, last a long time!
Great fixer, I weigh out 50grams and mix with 500ml of water whenever I need it. The rest of the time its store away and barely goes off.
I've had this in my bag for ages, but finally got round to mixing it up to develop some film whilst travelling. it's easy to use, doesn't get dust everywhere or smell horrible, and does the job well. Great to have a small pack for occasions like this, when you only need a litre. Plus, as I have found, it keeps forever (in powder form)!
If you are looking for an easy to dissolve and use fixer this is a good one for you! I fix all my negs for 6min without any problem. 1L will give you 10 rolls worth of fixing probably more if you use it in a reasonable time and don't let it sit for years :)

What's not to like about this fixer?! I made up a 5 litre kit easy peasy and the fims clear in just under 1 minute. Popped it in a 5 litre plastic bottle and just used over and over, pouring used fix back into the bottle. It's lasted me 2 years!! Even now still fixes films in under 10mins. Was sold out when I went to buy it so had to make up my own from an internet recipe. Have now managed to get a pack and will be mixing it up as soon as the homemade stuff dies 😁. Love it.
Really easy to mix the 5 litre batch and amazing keeping qualities. 1 gallon has lasted me around 2 years and still fully fixes a film in about 7 - 10 mins. When it was fresh it was more like 1-2mins so this has lasted si well. Very good value for money!

I've been using this for a few years now, for several reasons. The price is incredible value for money. And as it's a powder, postage is cheaper than a bottle. It mixes up easily and lasts as long as my developer - which is to say I usually dev/fix 16 or so films per litre of chemistry. I've fixed all kinds of B&W film with AdoFix, 35mm and 120 traditional and T-grain film (the latter takes a minute or two longer), 8mm and super 8 B&W movie film both negative and reversal. This does it all. Cannot recommend more highly. Prior to discovering this product I was using Ilford fixer at 3-4 times the cost.
Good value odourless fixer. I tend to buy the 5 litre pack and mix 1 litre at a time (100g). Usually fix about 10 rolls per litre. Also great for darkroom paper. Worth noting too this fixer is Ammoniumthiosulfate based and so is slightly alkaline, making it suitable for use with 510 pyro developer.
Really easy to mix up, doesn't take long to dissolve and once it's done it's ready to go. It's also really easy to store and will last a long time if kept airtight. For £4, this is a real bargain - my negatives look great, I've been using this for a while now instead of more expensive Ilford fixer and I haven't seen anything to worry about.
Works brilliantly and mixes easily. I am on my seventh roll so will be buying more. I like the fact that the outlay is so small so you can add a packet to your film order without noticing the extra cost. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been using 100g for every 500ml of water, which has worked absolutely fine. This fixer will last quite a while - I have once used the same 1L for about 20rolls and had no issues, however just to be safe try not to do this! It can smell quite a bit once it goes off.
