Description

The AnalogHeld 35mm film case is a brilliant little film case to help protect your 35mm films from bumps, light, and dust!

It holds 3 rolls of 35mm film in a custom foam insert for maximum protection.

Pocket-sized and robust, the aluminium film cases have a multilingual warning on the back to inform airport inspectors NOT to X-ray your precious films as you go through security. Extra peace of mind while travelling!

They also include small DYMO labels to (optionally) add to your case to remind you if you're carrying colour or B&W film. A useful bonus for forgetful film photographers!

Please note that the metal surface of the film cases may slightly vary. Small scratches/discolourations might occur during production and transport and are the first step of creating a beautiful and unique patina for your 35mm film case 😊

For three unboxed films - exactly

This is a simple box with a shaped hard-foam insert so it holds three 35mm films. You have to take the films out of their boxes.
It's fine for this purpose, and that's how it's intended to be used. The films fit snugly and the lid is reassuringly firm to put on and take off.
There's wording on the bottom of the box in English, German, Spanish, Chinese, French and Russian saying "precious (un)exposed film / no x-rays / please inspect manually", together with some pictures with the same message.
So that's all good.
The box is exactly the right size for the three films: there's no extra space.
I like to keep the tag from the end of the film box to put in the frame on my camera body.
And I need somewhere to store my film record sheet.
Even though both of these items are small, trying to fit them into the box, as well as the films, is problematic.
So I may end up removing the nice foam insert which would be a pity, or adjusting it in some way.

Even Fits FILCA Canisters

(at a push). :-) A great case for carrying your canisters, and cheaper than some single rolls of film. The supporting foam is the sturdy 'dense' type not the soft 'airy' type. Your film should be safe in here.

Fantastic

Really useful little film case for taking film on the go. Small so it easily fits in my bag. Leaves more room for lenses and filters though 😂

Great!

It's a good ole trusty mini film carrier and companion. Planning to go shoot around and few extra roles just in case? Here's your saviour! It's priced about right and good quality, too. Definitely recommend it.

super useful

i use mine all the time, great going though airports as well, keeps the rain and damp out on those moist winter shoots.
