Film Development Process:

Fomapan Cine 100 is a panchromatic black and white movie film intended for shooting with a film camera, negative processing and scanning. With a slow ISO of 100, you can expect fine grain, sharpness and a wide range of halftones. It's wide exposure latitude will produce good results when shot between ISO 50 and ISO 400.

Note: to be used with 'regular' 8mm cameras that take 33ft/10m spool and and not Super 8 cameras. You will need to flip the roll of film halfway through shooting to expose the full length of emulsion.

Process in ECN-2 chemicals.

Nice film for my Bolex C8

I like to film 8mm and develop in buckets at home. Fomapan Cine 100 is great for this and gave me the results I was looking for. I found 33ft a bit long for my C8 and will trim it to 25ft in a dark bag next time. Developed in Ilford ID11 for 10 minutes, 30 second stop bath in water, fixer for 5 minutes then 5 x 30 second water rinses. Dried for 24 hours then split, scanned and reversed to positive image on computer. Very nice!
