Dracula is back... this limited edition film has flown over from the New Jersey vaults and is available in our stores for your Halloween fun!

It is a panchromatic negative high resolution film, coated onto a transparent polyester base providing excellent dimensional stability and also making it super easy to scan.

Enjoy some scarily good photos! (I'm sorry, I was contractually obliged to crowbar at least one terrible Halloween reference into the description...)

Dark and foreboding

This is the first film I developed with the AGO processor. I used the Massive Dev chart to set the developing time and reduced by 15% as it was continuous agitation - as recommended.
The negs seemed a bit thinner than expected but I couldn't say the developing time was out by much. The results are very dark and foreboding, looking more like Transylvania than the Yorkshire Dales. Interesting nevertheless and a good film to test out the new processor.
FPP do some unusual films which are great to experiment with, but I think a roll of HP5 might be a better test of my processing (and scanning).

Lovely

I wasn't expecting much from this because it seems gimmicky but it's actually really nice. I'll definitely be picking up another roll.

I foolishly loaded this in a fairly well-light room and as a result suffered some light piping. I quite like the effect, but if you don't want it I'd definitely be careful about ambient light when you load this.
