This one was best 100ISO film ever made

I have never tried the II-nd version, but I believe it would be as good as previous one. Amazing detail, feel, shadows; incredibly easy to print or scan, works well in almost any chemistry, what else you would want? A cheaper alternative? Maybe. This one isn't cheap, but if you want to have 10/10 result, you will get 10/10 result. Here are some images from my urban exploration shoot back in 2015, shot with Hasselblad 500ELM, developed in Kodak HC-110.

A film for fine art

The results are impressive, and in my opinion they scan and darkroom print better than any other film. Barely any grain, and seems to hold up to any underexposure really well.

Mixed results

A nice film but tricky to handle. Developed in Rodinal.

Good for scanning

I found this better for scanning than darkroom printing. It's very sensitive to contrast and to what developer you use.

Fine Grain Even in Rodinal

Just developed a roll of this film (my first) in Rodinal 1+50. The grain structure is nice and tight and skin tones seem to be rendered beautifully.
