Beautiful luminous greys
I am very pleased with the beautiful, luminous greys this film has produced. It worked very well in the foggy, overcast British winter weather - I think it would be stunning on a truly foggy or misty day.
The Analogue Wonderland team did a fantastic job of developing & scanning my film - as ever - and I would recommend you send this film to them for processing.
I used a Minolta X-300 (purchased in the vintage camera drop) & a Minolta MD Zoom 70-210mm lens for the sample shot.

A good price for a good film-stock. I can't really fault it.
I've read some fairly critical opinions of this emulsion on Reddit etc but personally I thin they're just doing a bad job with it. It's a great B&W film stock. It has an idiosyncratic look to it; but what self respecting film doesn't? It's quite punchy and contrasty but if you're using it with that in mind then its fantastic. Nice and affordable in an increasingly unaffordable space I would recommend anyone try this film, take the time to familiarise yourself with its quirks, get used to how it shoots and how to get the best out of it (as you would with any new stock) and you'll get some superb B&W photos for a great price.
Excellent quality for the price. Worked really well during Storm Amy. Nice grain. Sort of like Kentmere Pan 400 but with a stronger contrast.

I really love the grain
I really loved the way these photos came out with the contrast between the black and white in the film and also the way the grain came out. I loved how well it performed under bright light and how it made the photos look.

Superb B&W film
Relatively easy to keep the grain under control and bring out contrast and detail. Looks good straight out of camera but is also flexible in post-production. I used it to photograph buildings in London but reckon it is good for most B&W shooting. Inexpensive but up there with some of the best B&W emulsions IMO.
