This ISO 125, 36-exposure 35mm film is designed for those who love to experiment, offering a dramatic colour palette focused on reds, oranges, yellows, and greens. Built from the Harman Phoenix 200 emulsion, HARMAN RED 125 takes full advantage of its high red sensitivity and lack of an anti-halation layer, making it a perfect fit for redscale conversion.

I loved the retro, dreamy energy of this film. Enjoyed using it in the heat of Granada and Málaga. Worked great in the sunlight on a basic 35mm point and shoot.
I used this film while hiking on The Isle of Skye earlier this year. I was blown away by how alien it made the landscape look. Would use again.
I love how this looks. It's not for everything, but using it for street and architecture has turned out some incredible looking shots, even as a beginner.

It's alright, just alright. I'm 99% sure its the original Phoenix spooled in reverse which is just an odd thing as Phoenix is in my opinion the best colour film you can get for it's character and subjective colour rendition.
With a little post processing you can get some good photos, they look super serious which isn't my thing but hey, isn't photography subjective anyway.
I tested Harman Red at 250 ISO with a professional dancer Mirabel.
I wanted to explore how this film captures movement, I love the results and I think it works pretty well with architecture!

I used this for the first time doing photography in an aircraft hangar where things where lit with spot lights creating dramatic shadows and I loved the results. I feel like this film comes into its own in situations you might pick a high contrast black and white for dramatic effect. but swap it out for Harman Red and you still get the best of B&W but with an interesting twist in my opinion
For those who are obsessed with colour red & orange. Look particularly striking with ancient buildings.

Fun for an experimental film - I ended up shooting at 400 iso which gave the film a completely different colour palette. Would try it again sometime, but it’s definitely not an everyday film.
Obviously it's great that there are new film stocks being made, and it's great to see Phoenix II now out in the world. This is an interesting film with unexpected results. Use it if you want to try something experimental and are not worried about sharpness of your image.

First time shooting redscale and it is definitely different and red.
It's a fun film to shot with but it's doesn't work with all subjects, mainly because it is very high contrast in the blacks.

I really enjoyed the colours it gives. The red is amazing
I love the look of it. So intense and one of the kind. Can apply for any situation and photoshoot, and at least it will look interesting.
this film gives a very dramatic effect. Outside on a clear day it reminds me of "the man who fell to earth" or Mars maybe. In my shed with a white photo light on it gave a green hue. I will use it more consciously next time now I know its capabilities.
