Great reds!

Interesting film. i bought it out of curiosity, but ended up really liking it. Colours seem like they're very accurate, but just ever so gently muted. Except the reds! Boy does this film liek the reds! Put a proper red in front of this and it has a depth that is really stark and bold. I really liket that contrast against the other colours this film gives. Really nice and highly reccomend. One big issue for me though, is the 27 exposures. For the price, i want 36 and lets be honest, who wants 27 exposures these days anyway?

Nice film loved the colours

Lovely film, great colours, well priced. Would recommend and would buy it again. I’ve used it for my Olympus trip 35, pretty much for everything during my little holiday.

Good for my first roll of film

I’m completely new with film photography but this seemed like a good ‘basic’ film to start with and try out. The colours look quite natural but I’m still very pleased with the results.

Surprisingly good

Like some of the other reviews here have said, at least under sunny conditions, this is a great looking film. Great colours, good detail, surprisngly fine grain for a 400 ISO film (at least to my uncultured eye). My main gripe is that at 27 exposures per roll this ends up as one of the more expensive colour films on a frame-by-frame basis and so isn't something I'd want to shoot regularly (although given the current state of the colour film market, I'll take what I can get!).

Something different!

I love the results of this film, I love how it makes the bright colours in a scene pop but still have a nice pastel tone overall. I’ll definitely get this again.

Ok but not what I expected. Give it light!

I was excited to shoot this roll, but when I got the negs back I was a bit disappointed. I shot it at 400 but I think I’d get better results if I shot it at a lower iso of 200 or 100. I think this film really benefits from a bit of over exposure. (I also used the sunny 16 method for the first time, so maybe some of the fault is mine with the images I don’t particularly like. I also self scanned these but I’ve successfully scanned a fair few films now, so I don’t think I did anything overly differently with these.)

Some of my photos are very dark and grainy in the shadows, something I wasn’t really expecting after seeing the sample images. It’s definitely not all bad, and the photos in super bright sunlight look really nice and creamy. The flowers field shot surprised me as that was taken in fairly low light. But I don’t think enough of them are to my liking, so sadly I don’t think I’d buy this again. It almost gives off an expired colour film look, which some people may love, but this one just isn’t for me.

Shines in Sunlight!

A beautiful film which really boosts colours and makes them pop! I wanted some photographs I could turn into Postcards and this film hasn't disappointed, I can't wait to get them printed and order some more of the film when it's back in stock.

The colours just pop!

This is such a good everyday film and one that is fast enough to cope with the dull U.K. summer! It’s definitely moved into my top film choices and I can’t wait to try the black and white. Super versatile.
