Not my cuppa tea

This is a weird one! Mad colors. Best shot in well-lit situations, that way there's less of these gradients around. An experimental film, that's for sure!

Sometimes there sometimes not

The rainbow effect was very strong for the indoor, low light photos but I could barely see it for most of the outside ones and so I was a bit disappointed. I would prefer to know that all the photos would have some obvious colour effect. Maybe I was missing something. I will use again when shooting indoors now that I know a bit more what to expect.

Fun but unpredictable

I used this particular film to shoot a Roller Derby game. Roller Derby tends to need quite high speed ISOs (3200 plus to get the shutter speed high enough to capture the action). I knew this when shooting with this film, it acts as I would expect another 400 speed film to act. The only downside to shooting with this film however, is when processing it in photoshop or Lightroom it is quite hard to get the colours right. The RGB channels are a bit more sensitive than normal. I don't know if a lab would be able to deal with this better.

Retro rainbow joy

This is the first of the Yodica films I've tried, and the first 400 ISO colour effect film I've seen around. This meant that I tried this one in low light (backstage at a drag show in case you're wondering what on earth this photo is) and got v pleasing results; the colours come up really strong against plain black backgrounds. Overall some lovely retro light leaks and stunning rainbow colours, so I'll definitely be buying a few more rolls of this!

Very pretty film great for outdoors!

Great film. Used in my Olympus trip. Produces very pretty, subtle results in Good lighting. The rainbow effect is much stronger in low lighting as you can see in the sample shots
