What's Next for your Negatives?

If you chose to have your negatives returned - We hold all negatives for up to 10 days after uploading your scans, this is for quality control and to allow us to send your negatives back with any prints, should you choose to order some.

Should you need your negatives sent back as soon as possible, or now don't need them at all, then please hit reply and let us know 😊

If you chose "I don't want my negatives returned", we will hold these until 30 days after the order arrived in the lab, then they will be destroyed confidentially. We will not send these back with any print orders you make.

For pick-up you can collect your negatives, within 3 months, from Analogue Wonderland HQ between 10am - 4pm on any weekday at: 
Unit 14, Treadaway Tech Centre, Treadaway Hill, Loudwater, HP10 9RS
