What you will see with this ticket:
Meet us at Bath Abbey to take in the historical architecture of the city. We'll take a scenic route through the city, with some great sights for street photography and finish at the beautiful Bath Botanical Gardens.
The route will be wholly outside, so service animals are welcome. Cobbled roads, busy in the city centre, dogs running in the park. The route will be stair-free and without very steep hills. Though there may be steps on and off pavements, drop curbs are available.
Celie's documentary-led approach to visual storytelling is known for its warmth, authenticity and intimacy and her primary clients are purpose-led brands and individuals creating positive change for people and the planet. Celis also regularly works on varied projects with editorial publications and community organisations. Her work has been recognised and award by British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain and she holds a BA(Hons) in Visual Communication.
For the last year and a half, Celie has facilitated Mindful Photowalks for creative enthusiasts to slow down and observe nature with more intention for her own community and in collaboration with organisations such as Soul Trail Wellbeing, Black Girls Hike and London Wildlife Trust.
This film-focused Photowalk will be hosted in collaboration with Mae, a fellow local photographer who shares Celie's love of visual storytelling in all its forms.

Due to the success of last year, we have created not one, not two but three options for tickets this year, so that people who don't shoot colour/35mm film - or who want to develop their film at home or with another lab - can still join the Walk and share the love of film together!

*Please note that these will be handed out by Photowalk Leaders at the start of the event and NOT sent out in advance
**Important notes on the included Film Processing package
The included development and scanning only applies if you hand the roll of film back to your Photowalk leader at the end of the event, for consolidated sending back to our lab. We expect you to have finished one roll of film during the walk, and probably be halfway through the second!
If you haven't finished your first roll of film at the end of the walk - or you want to send in extra rolls of film - then please place a separate processing order through our lab at your earliest convenience.
The development will be: Colour 35mm, Standard Scans, Correct and Rotate editing package. If you wish for different options for your film please talk to the lab after the event and they'll be happy to arrange, and charge for any difference.
You will have the opportunity to order prints from your film after seeing the scans - this service is not included in the development package.
†A Black Colour camera will be provided, though this is dependant on stocks and colours may vary on the day.
Competition
We will run a competition - judged by our partners - for the best film photo taken on the day 🏆 So please bring your creative minds and favourite cameras for a chance to win serious goodies.
