Favourite Film so far

Turns out lovely photos, no muss no fuss, with very natural but punchy looking colours. Taken on a Canon Supershot.

Excellent alternative to Fuji Pro 400H

My stock of Pro 400H ran out and it felt like the end of the world! I've always preferred Fuji's colours, particularly for landscape, but wanted a 400 speed film and decided to give Portra 400 a try. I've found Portra 400 to be sharp, fine grained (for a fast film), and with nicely saturated colours making it a good choice for a wide range of subjects.

Words can’t do this beauty justice

Can’t describe what an amazing film this is - handles overexposure beautifully. Highly Reccomend.

Utterly Insane - if you can get a 5 pack, snap it up

Just getting back into film, and have experimented with a few different recipes and films.

My god, the Portra is the most stunning one going. Handles a bit of overexposure beautifully - shot mine at about ISO 300. Portraits in this are some of the best shots I’ve ever taken. It’s got a pretty price tag to boot - so don’t waste it - but it’s going to give you some of the nicest shots you’ve ever taken if you treat it right.
