Description

Add a touch of warmth to your film photos with Reto's Maple 100! This fine-grained ISO 100 film colour negative film creates medium to low contrast, with captivating reds and cyan tones. Maple 100 is perfect for shooting in bright outdoor lighting to capture the sunny moment in your life.

Maple 100 is a new addition to the Reto colour films family, alongside cool-toned Aqua 400 and its similarly warm-toned sister, Glow 400.

Maple 100 can be processed in standard C-41 colour chemistry - available at most labs.

This film is 27 exposures and DX-coded.

Note: Due to its clear base, scanners may vary in how they render red tones. This red tint can be easily adjusted during home scanning, or leave it to the experts at our WonderLab! Disclaimer: Please be aware that this film is prone to light leaks.

Nice look

Used it for photos of cars to get a retro feel to them as they where retro cars. The colour contrast between the images and the shadow contrast create good images to look at and create a nice feel for them.

Fantastic warm tones and vintage vibes

*Ignore the red streaks - that was a camera fault, although it looks good!
Make any time 1968! The warm reds give a vintage summer feel to almost any subject, with a maple syrup orange glow.
Light blues are also picked out strongly so blue skies pop, but still with the slight yellowy orange tint.
Detail is good and the grain nice and fine.

Not my favourite but still nice

I imagine that if I played about with my settings more knowing what I know now I could produce some better images but I felt like the colour was muted slightly. Overall though, it is a nice film but I think you could get better results with a cheaper film.
