Shot using a Yashica Electro 35 GX camera. I first shot a roll of this in Madrid due to not having anything else available. I was really pleased by the slightly muted, yet rich colours. Reminded me a little of Kodachome 64 is some sense. One of my favourite film stocks now.

lovely results from this film, super fine grain - my only issue is that most of the time it looks like it would have suited being shot at 200 instead of 400

Always wanted to pick one of these up so I grabbed a slightly expired one on the cheap and loaded it in to a dying Pentax Super.
Shots are nice and have a definite 'style' to them but in not sure mixing an expired film with a dying camera was a fair experiment.

These images were taken on a Pentax ME Super and on a cloudy outdoors day and in a well lit indoors train station (Kings Cross).

Before I used this film stock I saw a few reviews stating that it was 400iso, the usual go to film speed to be versatile and cope with ok lighting, maybe overcast and indoors. So I felt that this film would be good to test in those very circumstances and it did work as you can see from the images. I felt it excelled at giving you that "film feel", vintage and nostalgic but it is a little lacking. Missing that something something. Maybe it is the washed out de-saturated colour palette, or the overly grainy appearance, it just feels for the price point and it being 400iso, it should give alittle more.

From reading other reviews, doing some research, it would seem that this film would produce a superior result in a sunny condition and maybe when shot at 200iso. So go have fun, test the film and see what results you get and let me know, I am excited to see what you get.

A bit grainy and a tendency to desaturated colours. Despite the speed really needs to be shot on a bright day. Blues and greens stronger than reds.
