In 1920, Paul Franke and Reinhold Heidecke founded Rollei. 100 years later, in 2020, Rollei celebrated the brand‘s centenary 🥳

This limited twin-pack is dedicated to the founders that started the Rollei journey!

Two b&w negative films, both with the same emulsion; just as the two founders carried the same business and creative vision. Why not share the twinpack with a close friend and enjoy the companionship that film photography can bring?

The Paul and Reinhold twinpack is also a very obvious choice for a dedicated film swap project... 😁

Smooth High ISO

Really liked this film- expected it to be much grainier but it's got a very smooth appearance (considering its ISO rating). Good for street/ city photography.

Excellent fast film

Tried this on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. Grainy, but in a good way, and not excessive considering the speed. And nice and sharp as well!

Paul & Reinhold what a nice surprise

Took the twin pack with me for the Regent St car show in London. It's a great free event that shows some great cars and introduces the runners for the annual London to Brighton veteran car run.
I shot using Ricoh FF90 point and shoot in London (shown here shot at iso620 box speed) and a Fujica AZ-1 in the village of Staplefield on the Sunday.
The film was developed in Ornano Gradual ST20. The negs looked a bit thin at first. But when put through the Plustek scanner what resolved was a very nicely balanced negative with great tones and contrast. Would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.

Great all rounder

Decent Black and White 35mm. Shoots well at 400 and has a nice amount of grain. Light grey scale in dull weather. Good for most weather and outdoor shooting.
