Craves colour and business

I wasn't particularly enthused when my scans first came back, but with a little reflection I've decided I like Lomo 100 and would repurchase. I was also surprised slightly (and happily) by how sharp it can be.

It thrives in busy and very colourful scenes, which isn't really what I used it for and that's where I went wrong. I'd repurchase and reuse for events - definitely for my road's next street party!

Fun in the Sun

Quite impressed with this film. I expected high contrast & saturated colours and it delivers these for sure but pleasantly surprised with the skin tone rendition too. Obviously this is not Portra but if you're taking it somewhere bright, sunny and colourful it'll give you vibrant images and if there are people in them they won't end up like Umpa Lumpas. Take it on a summer holiday!

would be great with a good lens

this has presevere through the awfulness of my plastic lens and yielded quite a few positive shots. I would recommend it for street photography/everyday use because it's a relatively cheap stock, but maybe with a high-end lens to compliment its potentials.

Nice surprise

bought due to availability ( favourite film was out of stock) but was pleasantly surprised with how balanced and smooth the colours were.
