FPP 620 X-Ray B&W Film is a medical X-ray film hand rolled to 620 format (with backing paper and proper numbering) for use in 620 box cameras like the legendary Box Brownie.
The film is Orthochromatic and lacks an anti-halation layer, which gives your photos a high diffusion effect and beautiful grain. Overall the film has good contrast, strong tones and detail and allow you to bring the 1930s roaring back to life!
If you have a box camera on the shelf as an analogue ornament, now is the time to get it back in action! This film will produce a unique and beautiful black and white image different from any traditional film stock.
Please note : FPP have recycled their 120 box packaging
Fun fact : FPP 620 X-Ray B&W Film is hand-rolled onto a new FPP mold-injected plastic, re-usable 620 film spool! So make sure you ask for your spool back after you send off to our Lab for development

FPP is short-hand for the Film Photography Project: a US-based collection of projects headed up by the charismatic Mike Raso. They are most famous within the global film community for their podcast (entering it's 10th year in existence) as well as the associated School Camera Donation Program whereby donations are sought and sorted to bring analogue photography back into high schools and colleges all over the country. Not only that but Mike also runs the FPP store which sells a multitude of analogue film products all over the US and hand-rolls a fantastic selection of unique films. We are honoured to bring some of those films to the European market and hope you enjoy shooting them as much as Mike has making them!
