Nice

I enjoyed shooting this, easy to use and good results. I will get more rolls to try as I have only shot one, but it is versatile and cheap.

Fantastic B&W film!

I shot a couple of rolls of Rellei Retro 400S in 120 as part of my submission to the Photozine Collective's latest zine: Opaque. I was really happy with the results, and also with the service from Analogue Wonderland (as usual). I tried some ICM, as can be seen in the attached photos.

Great film for my Holga

This film picked out the high-contrast detail in bright conditions on my Holga 120N.

Good film, but tough competition

I enjoyed shooting Rollei 400s, I found it reliable and contrasty. I think it’s rated a little low in terms of speed, I shot it at 200 (on some advice) and got pretty normal results. If I have an issue it’s more the competition - HP5 is more versatile and detailed, and Tri-X is more vibey, both at the same speed and similar price. All the same, I’d happily shoot it again.

Super Contrasty

This film is fun! It has a really strong contrast to it, gives that really moody dark feel. It was quite flexible, I over exposed a few shots and it seemed to handle the highlights pretty well!
