Rollei RPX 100 is one of the most popular black and white 35mm emulsions due to its famous rich tones and shadow detail.
With a higher sensitivity than the ISO 25, the RPX100 film is more flexible for different light situations, but the results will remain fantastically sharp and clear.
As a company Rollei is most famous for it's cameras - particularly the iconic twin-lens Rolleiflex - but this German-based company founded in 1920 has also had a long history of making B&W films. Unfortunately the parent company didn't survive the digital revolution of the 90s/00s but the brand survives today under licence to AgfaPhoto - who continue to support emulsions old and new.

My first Rollei RPX100 film
I used this for the first time in a camera which I was unfamiliar with so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I looked at the negatives I was really pleased. The film handled well in a range of lighting conditions and the images have good contrast and tonal range. I will definitely be buying Rollei RPX100 again.

Military Vehicles
A good BW film for heritage WW2 vehicles as most original photos from that time were BW.

Very impressed
Exposed properly, this film has a pleasant, classic look which I think would work nicely for portraits and such. It's a bit on the grainy side for a 100 speed film, so maybe not so good if there's a lot of fine detail in the photo you don't want to lose, but that's a minor quibble.
