As a company Rollei is most famous for it's cameras - particularly the iconic twin-lens Rolleiflex - but this German-based company founded in 1920 has also had a long history of making B&W films. Unfortunately the parent company didn't survive the digital revolution of the 90s/00s but the brand survives today under licence to AgfaPhoto - who continue to support emulsions old and new.

Gorgeous grain, surprisingly sharp
Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised with how good these shots came out! Surprisingly sharp with lots of light, and the grain in the shadows isn't too overbearing.
Solid film.

Great film with lots of wiggle room
Like all the Rollei stock this film performs wonderfully at box speed, tolerance for pushing and pulling a stop is there, lacked some deep shadows but that may have been due to home developing. Prefer the ortho 25 but this is a great spring/autumn film
