The Sprocket Rocket is by no means a perfect camera, however, it is very fun and a great introduction to 'sprocket photography'. Go in with the right level of expectation and hopefully you'll love the results!

Vignetting

Only sharp in the middle. Better results come from Brownie cameras.

Fun & cheap panorama

It's fun, easy to use and cheap way of getting pano's. Keep everything you want in focus central, it's soft and vignettes at the sides (more or less centre 3rd acceptable).

Sprocket-o-fun

In my house hold this little lump of plastic with a lens has been responsible for putting the fun back into "funtography."

You will never produce the cleanest, sharpest, ground breaking of images but it will release you from the constraints of having to be sensible whilst pushing a shutter button. The Sprocket Rocket allows you to be artistic, allows you to play (even demands that you do) and makes you smile. That's what photography should be - smiling and fun.

I bought this camera as a birthday gift for a photographer who just needed to let her hair down and enjoy creating images she would not normally create, and boy, did she have fun. This camera is responsible for a lot of giggles, double exposures and excitement. What more can you ask from a camera.

Great little novelty

This is a very nice little camera, and with very few settings, very easy to use. The camera doesn't specify but the sun/cloud/very cloudy ratings are calibrated for iso 400 film.

When used with iso 400 the pictures are very clear, the pano lets you see so much more, and lets not forget SPROCKETS.

All in a fun easy to use camera, but maybe not one to use everyday incase the novelty wears off.
