fun and versatile!
love the fiery warmth and nostalgic vibe. perfect amount of grain for me
fun fun fun and affordable
I was going to get rid of a Kiev 4a, based on some truly awful images I made with expired film, then I obtained some of the better Jupiter lenses quite cheaply, so, having bought a pack of Pro Image 100, I gave it a go. By mistake I thought I'd taken the resulting images with Ektar ( a birthday gift- I could never afford it otherwise), then I checked the negs. So, good colour rendition, no problems with grain, but above all some fine details revealed.
I have been using TMax 400 in its second iteration since it first came out. I don't think there is another film that touches it. In terms of quality it offers the excellent tonality, sharpness and fine grain with the flexibility of a 400 iso box speed. There aren't really any downsides to this film, it may cost a little extra but it is definitely worth it
As usual, fast dispatch, excitement for opening camera. Nice light camera, battery is situated in the middle of the base, easy to load film, flash works well, easy to shoot and wind film on.
Has that plastic feel to camera, which I'm not a massive fan of, but for this camera it is acceptable. You could, if wished, make it a little more funky. But for quirkiness and ease of use, looks are not everything. Overall, I think its a fab little camera and look forward to developing the film
Initially I didn't get on with this film, but now I'm really appreciating it's fine qualities.
Great pin, love the double pins making sure that it doesn't swivel.
Have had a few compliments from those who get the reference.
fine quality for a point & shoot that you can just pass around and take pictures without worrying. definitely gets expensive but nice to just try out film photography without investing in a camera
its like lebron itll never retire itll never get out of shape it will always be the goat, kodak gold will always be the standard and its goated for a reason - cuz its just insane and cheap and when i dont want to try out experimental film its just easy to use and it always turns out great
love the colour & grain very summery. love how the pictures turned out and will definitely use it again
I tried this film in sunny conditions and was well impressed, but also feel this film could be well suited to the sometimes endless cloudy days we frequently have to endure in the UK when black and white might be the preferred option. Great for gritty urban landscapes and unusual countryside views.
I didn't realise how soft and dreamy the images would come out but I love it! It works well in various lighting and I will definitely shoot some again.
This is my go to film when shooting 120, I love its versatility, finer grain and cheaper price! I highly recommend it and have been shooting it for a while in various lighting situations.
I love this film, you get unique results that look otherworldly. It is strange and wonderful, I recommend everyone should try this!!
Another fantastic experience with Analogue Wonderland. I have had film developed with them before (so I knew they would be quality already), but this time I had a film that I had shot at a different ISO. I made a note of this on the film, but the team at AW got in touch to double check how I would like it developing, and actually gave me their advice too leading to some images I am really proud of. Thanks for the help!
Perfect fit for daylight photography and surprisingly, quite flexible on the evening shoots.
Blue tinted, reversal slide film. I liked the results. Not ektachrome level good, but still nice. Cute packaging.
Cheap and reliable. Shot it on half-frame camera. Happy with results it turned out with. Works best shooting during the day, though.
Classic for a reason. One of my favourites.
Rather pleased with the results.
Shot this tungsten balanced film outside in bright sunshine. The overall washed out blue cast gives the pictures a very retro look.
I shot this with my half frame camera. Results came out pretty good. Quite flexible film.
Can’t describe what an amazing film this is - handles overexposure beautifully. Highly Reccomend.
Just getting back into film, and have experimented with a few different recipes and films.
My god, the Portra is the most stunning one going. Handles a bit of overexposure beautifully - shot mine at about ISO 300. Portraits in this are some of the best shots I’ve ever taken. It’s got a pretty price tag to boot - so don’t waste it - but it’s going to give you some of the nicest shots you’ve ever taken if you treat it right.
Long time photographer, just getting back into film. Have been experimenting with a few different recipes - including Kodak Gold as the most common.
Generally a good all rounder - I don’t always love the colours when it’s a less sunny day, like my partner’s jumper in these shots, but when the sun shines it’s stunning (per the beach shot & blossoms)
