I really love this film. I'm a big fan of Ilford's Delta films, they are well worth the money. Lovely contrast, smooth images, nice grain. Looks especially good in 120 rather than 35mm.

I loved the look of this film as I started to process the negatives. Works best, I think, in contrasty scenes - some greyer landscape just didn’t pop. But the picture of the old boats attached to this review, in particular, have a quality that I love.

Shot in a Yashica 635, the film was forgiving of me going Sunny 16ish (1/125th instead of 1/100th on this camera, so compensated a little depending on the subject).

I’ll definitely be getting some more of this again.

This is my 'Go to' B&W film for both medium and large format photography. Four stars as it is slightly unforgiving of exposure errors.

Doesn't matter how often I use it, this film never disappoints for it's clarity. Enlargements are great. Analogue Wonderland has one of the best prices in the UK for this particular film stock.

The delta range is well known for it's sharpness and the 100 is the sharpest of the lot. If you have enough light or a tripod it is a winner for me

my go to in both 35mm and 120 film, the grain is lovely and smooth, tonality is excellent and dynamic range is great. I find it develops the best in Ilfotec DD-X and shot at 100 iso. Prints really well in the darkroom and very easily.

Ilford Delta 100 is not my daily carry BUT it is my first port of call if I want superb quality from a 100 speed film. It has a fabulous tonality, is easy to process and responds very nicely to a yellow filter in my experience. It has fabulous tonality, creates lovely contrast and responds well in most situations. I used a Holga for these two images … in my experience the film is excellent whether I use a Holga or a Bronica SQ-A. Definitely recommended and there’s usually a roll or two in my fridge.

I really enjoyed shooting with this. Ran a roll through a new medium format rangefinder on a grey, overcast winter day. Even in low light (I would probably overexpose in the future) I was pleased with the results - smooth, sharp images with lovely contrast. This is exactly what I want from a B&W film.

Once again a Delta 100 success story. I've made many reviews of this film, and not without good reason. Although the film requires good exposure, it rarely disappoints for image quality. The grain is imperceptible, the overall sharpness is great, even in fine grain developers like D76/ID-11.

I recently shot another roll of Ilford Delta 100. It's been a couple of years since my last. I'd forgotten how wonderful and smooth this film is. Marvellous range of tones, rich. I developed my roll in FX55 developer, the best set of negs I've had in a long time. Highly recommended, I've now purchased 30.5 meters in 35mm!

Great film with lots of contrast- the ISO was too low for my Holga 120N on a dull winter’s day.

Ilford has produced a fantastic filmstock in Delta 100. Pulled to ei50 or pushed to ei200 or 400, it produces sharp, beautiful-grain negatives. I develop in either Xtol or DD-X.

Delta 100 offers fine grain and, with even a half decent lens, excellent sharpness. It's just that good.

I got some shortdated stuff to experiment with, since I'd just got a new camera. Great for still shots. Portraits particularly, really enjoyed shooting it.

My first B&W film in years and I'm really pleased with the results. Great contrast without losing too much detail. Nice and crunchy grain in parts whilst retaining great sharpness where needed.
