Classic Looking Black and White Film

Love the look of this film. Has a good contrast and captures a lot of deatail.

Ortho: Lovely film

What a lovely film, that delivers punchy scans with contrast.

Worth having a just-in-case roll in your stash because it delivers its own distinctive look.

Great for particular shots...

Received as part of the WonderBox subscription - held on to it for a while as I was unsure when I could use it; so when I attended a henna party I figured it would look incredible to shoot henna on my partners very white skin.

My family however are South Asian, and it didn't cross my mind that brown is a red-heavy colour. I'd recommend being mindful of shooting people of colour with this film as, for me, I found it made skin look muddy. But when it's great, it's really something!

Sharp and contrasty

Quite liked this, sharp and contrasty.

Didn't do much to the scans for a change.

Nice dark and sharp

I tend to use my SLRs for for the sometimes unusual and expired and my Compacts for more consumer graded films, however I figured my DX coded Pentax 280P would suit this film and I was more than happy with the results. It's sharp clear tones brooding blacks were perfect for the early spring sunshine and a red letterbox turning black and it also produced nice skin tones too. A film I will certainly come back to in the near future
